Residential Remodeling Lead Installer

This candidate will have a working knowledge of general construction/remodeling practices and a skilled knowledge of cabinetry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and tile. This candidate must ALWAYS follow all safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness of the jobsite and clients’ homes, and possess a strong work-ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential kitchen & bath installation and remodeling and can work effectively on various projects.

  • To be successful in this position, we are looking for a great problem-solver with strong communication skills, and someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bathroom installation and carpentry.

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience- does not have to be in a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and materials

Responsibilities:

  • Installation of kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, crown molding, baseboard, cabinet hardware, doors and window casing.

  • Installation of other custom millwork such as shiplap, wainscoting, board and batten, chair-rail, etc.

  • Measure cut and install drywall.

  • Drywall finishing and clean painting practices. Waterproofing for shower walls and floors

  • Installation of shower pans, ceramic tile shower walls and floors, and kitchen backsplashes

  • Installation of bathroom fixtures such as wall hardware, vanities, mirrors

  • Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and instructions to complete projects

  • Maintain tools and equipment while keeping the work area safe, clean and organized.

  • Strong communication with team members and customers

  • Ensure quality installation and precise cuts each and every time.

  • Work to meet relevant deadlines, safety and building codes

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.25 - $39.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities

Ability to commute/relocate: Beaver Falls, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience: Residential Interior Construction: 3 years (Required)
